As an alternative to this slip lead, we stock conventional rolled brown leather snap lead with unique trigger hook.

I bought one of these slip leads for my Labrador. I was very impressed with the quality of this lead when it arrived. 5 stars given because outside leather is very soft, while the cord inside is very strong and does not stretch at all. Integrated stopper sits firmly in place and works well to limit the opening of the collar. However, most importantly, it matches the colour of my dog perfectly. Had plenty of time to test it during second lock down and have to say that leather version of this lead is so much better than the nylon cord slip leads I have used in the past. Well worth the money!

Training police style adjustable leather dog leads

Adjustable length dog training leads are the most versatile type of dog leads and are well suited for all sighthound breeds.

These dog training leads are easily adjustable to four different lengths using two trigger hooks at both ends, which you clip to one of the three solid rings positioned along the length of the lead.

Undoubtedly the most versatile dog lead you will ever own, which can be used at the following lengths:

  • 1.2m (4ft)
  • 1.4m (4.5ft)
  • 2m (6.5ft)
  • 2.7m (9ft)

Available in three types or leather (bridle leather, premium soft reindeer leather and the most luxurious rolled leather) and several colours. See which dog training lead you like.


Long length leather dog leads

These are 1.8 meter (6 ft) long leads and will work best with medium and large size dogs.
