We offer FREE delivery for all UK orders over £70

We offer FREE delivery for all UK orders when you spend over £70 on sighthound collars, dog leads or any hound accessories. The delivery price will be shown at the shopping cart, once the destination is selected.

We also offer free worldwide delivery for all keyrings regardless of the order size or destination.

Our default postal service is Royal Mail Standard (1st class) in the UK and Royal Mail International Standard throughout Europe and selected countries Worldwide. All post is send with proof of postage is is covered up to £20 against loss and damage.

Should you require additional peace of mind and a fully tracked and signed service with extra insurance please select one of our premium postal options. You can choose from UK Signed or UK Guaranteed  (guaranteed next day delivery by 1 pm) and International Confirmed (Tracked) for European and Worldwide destinations.


UK mail

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as they are received. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be shipped out on the same day. All orders placed over weekend will be posted on Monday.

Normal delivery within the UK is 1-2 working days by Royal Mail Standard 1st Class service, but can take longer at busy times of the year, like Christmas.

Please wait 3-4 days before contacting us if your order has not been delivered within the UK.

Should you require a faster service or higher compensation please choose Tracked or Guaranteed Next Day delivery at checkout.

International mail

We use Royal Mail International Standard delivery to post orders abroad, which normally takes 3-5 working days within Europe and 7-10 days for the rest of the world.

Should you require additional security with an option of tracking your order and up to £50 compensation please choose Royal Mail Signed option at checkout.

We ask that you allow at least 10 days after despatch date before contacting us with any delivery queries.

Please be aware that any local customs and import duties are your responsibility.


Compensation

Once your order has left our London workshop, the responsibility for your goods passes onto the carrier. In the unlikely (and unlucky!) of your order arriving in less than perfect condition or getting lost we will do our best to assist you in claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. All damages should be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that as Royal Mail's standard compensation for lost and damaged parcels is £20.00. Should this be insufficient, please use a premium postal service when placing your order.


Stock levels

Our stock levels are reflected in the website inventory. In the unlikely event of your product being out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date. The customer has the right to cancel the order for that product and receive credit in full should customer not wish to wait for future delivery.
